Consider This Donates To The Stagecoach Charitable Trust
Corporate Social Responsibility in this day and age, in times of recession and generally a hard time for all is often one of the first things to be 'brushed under the carpet' or quite simply forgotten.
Many private businesses should take time to remember its hard for everyone, not just them, and withdrawing crucial sponsorship or funding can seriously damage and hinder organisations set up to help people.
How refreshing it is to hear that Consider This are upping their efforts to help and donating to InterAct, otherwise know as The Stagecoach Charitable Trust.
The Stagecoach Charitable Trust, the registered charity of Stagecoach Theatre Arts, runs inclusive performance workshops for young people across the UK, which you may know better as InterAct. The aim of Interact (Stagecoach Charitable Trust) is to engage and develop students' imagination through creativity. Stagecoach Charitable Trust is a nationwide Charity with workshops across the UK, it retains a very strong connection and relationship with Stagecoach Theatre Arts plc, the world's largest part-time theatre school network.
Paul Taylor, Director of Consider This UK said: "Consider This has been working with Stagecoach Theatre Arts on all their marketing for the last four years. We are also humbled by all hard work, love and commitment Stagecoach put into the Stagecoach Charitable Trust and its Interact workshops and as such were delighted to donate £1,000 to Mike McNulty, its Chief Executive, at the Stagecoach conference.";
